Crisis Communication
Staying in control of your communication and your message in a crisis and avoiding damage to the reputation of your company or organisation requires a clear head and above all careful preparation.
We work with you to draw up a crisis plan that defines rapid response measures, responsibilities and procedures. We also train you in dealing with media appearances and teach your staff to cope with exceptional circumstances.
When things go wrong
We also stand by you when crises occur, analysing the overall situation, implementing a rapid response, taking control and coaching those in positions of responsibility. On request, we can also represent your organisation externally, acting as a point of contact for both the media and the general public.
